ENAMELLED COPPER WIRE
Magnet wire or enamelled copper wire is coated with a very thin layer of insulation. It is used in the manufacture of transformers, inductors, motors, electromagnets, and other applications that require tight coils of insulated wire.
This product is widely used for making pumps and stabilisers, auto electrical equipment’s and fans which need to have high mechanical properties. Even rotating or static equipment’s like generators and pump motors, voltage stabilisers and heavy domestic machines such as washing machines and mixer-grinders require this enamelled copper wire.
The wire itself is most often fully annealed, electrolytically refined copper. Enameled copper wires are being manufactured and supplied with different specifications based on the usage.

ENAMELLED COPPER STRIPS
An enameled copper strip is basically a copper wire which has been coated with a thin insulation layer. It is also popularly referred to as a magnet wire. This enamelled copper strip finds extensive use in manufacturing transformers, motors, inductors, , electromagnets and various other applications which need tight insulated wire coils.
Enamelled Copper Strips are available under insulation options of Polyesterimide (Class H – 180°C) and
Dual Coated Polyester (imide)+Polyamideimide (Overcoat) (Class C-200°C)
